MAP Talk: Moving Tucson Forward

Pinpoint Shadow  What the Data Tells Us About Congestion and Transportation Choices

The MAP (Making Action Possible) Dashboard project was created to improve Southern Arizona through data-driven action and education. The Dashboard provides users with valuable information about our region’s progress in education, health, infrastructure, and other key areas. It also highlights the latest demographic information for our region.

MAP Talks are webinars featuring guest speakers and Jennifer Pullen (EBRC Director). MAP Talks last 60-90 minutes with time for Q&A at the end.

We are excited to have guest speakers joining us for the MAP Talk on Moving Tucson Forward: What the Data Tells Us About Congestion and Transportation Choices.

  • Melanie Lawson, Public Outreach Director, Pima Association of Governments
  • Jennifer Pullen, Director, Economic and Business Research Center, Eller College of Management, University of Arizona
  • Cristie Street, Senior Vice President & COO, Southern Arizona Leadership Council

Join us for a discussion on how Tucsonans commute to work, what commute times look like across the region, the costs of congestion, and what RTA Next proposes for the future of transportation in Pima County.
