Trends in Tucson region home values by neighborhood
Home prices vary widely around the Tucson MSA. This chart shows the history of home prices by neighborhood, broken out by City of Tucson Ward and unincorporated communities outside of the city (as estimated by Zillow), monthly from January 1996 through April 2020. While each neighborhood follows the same general trajectory, it is clear that the magnitude of home price differs even across wards in the Tucson region.
